Because the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) manages everything, your immune, digestive, endocrine systems, muscles, blood vessels, and cells, we benefit from relying on its wisdom to inform the work. An unhealthy nervous system can play a significant role in causing and perpetuating chronic illness and mental health struggles like anxiety and depression. When we release stored trauma, integrate our past experiences and re-wire the brain, we restore the nervous system to a healthy baseline where change and healing are possible.
